PosiFest

A CELEBRATION OF MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING

PosiFest is an empowerment party and a skillshare - BY PEOPLE, FOR PEOPLE.

Together, we create fun and belonging. We declare into existence a loving world that cares.

Our event exists to provide interactive and insightful activities that allow individuals—regardless of age, gender, body shape, sexual identity, race, religion, etc.—to approach mental wellbeing from an informal, proactive perspective.

By tackling difficult issues through music, discussions, dancing, and fun activities, PosiFest aims to nourish, empower, raise awareness and make our own community.

In sharing resources, we find what works for us. We are also reminded how much it helps to educate ourselves for supporting our loved ones.

During PosiFest and after PosiFest, we aim for our celebrators to gain more access to resources, and motivation to create possibilities and actionable goals.

We are who we create. Let’s be awesome. Together.
